Openly Aging with Allison O'Shea

Allison O'Shea will be returning to St. Matthew for two workshops.  The workshops will be more interactive allowing individuals to begin working on their own aging plan.  The first session on Thursday, July 18 will delve into the first two pillars - Support System and Home.  The second session on Thursday, August 22 will focus on Supportive Services and Social Engagement.  As Allison mentioned in her presentation in June, no two people's journey is the same.  These workshops will give you the tools to begin developing your own plan.  

Pre-registration is required and the cost for both sessions is $25/person. Financial assistance is available, if needed - just call the parish office.
