Registration Information
Registration for Fall classes begins in the Spring-Summer. Families can register for both Childrens' Faith Formation (K through 5th grade) and Total Youth Ministry (6-12th grade) on the same form. Thanks for enrolling your kids.
It's St. Matthew commitment to provide Faith Formation classes to ALL families at NO COST. We ask parents to volunteer at least 5 hours/family/year to make this happen This could be as a catechist, assistant, Safe Arrival Team, small group leader, trip chaperone, VBS volunteer, or anything else you like. If your time is limited due to work or family commitments, a monetary contribution is always welcome.
There is a separate form for Confirmation Candidates, so if you have a child in 10th grade or above who will be making his/her Confirmation, both forms are required.
